ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Solutions Engineer who loves solving hard problems, talking directly to developers, and building real tools that make their lives easier. You’ll be the first line of technical support for teams building on Solana while also shipping code, demos, docs, and automation that level up the entire developer experience. This is a hybrid role: part technical support, part solutions engineering, and part internal engineering partner. You’ll help customers unblock issues in real time, spot patterns in what they need, and turn those insights into better products. We move quickly and bias toward ownership.
