In this role, you’ll design and evolve the systems and process that power our deal desk process. This person will help build the mechanics behind our sales-led deals: quotes, order forms, pricing, discount approvals, and contract terms. A strong candidate has run quote-to-cash at a SaaS company and can spot where the process is slow, manual, or leaky. Location & work mode Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America (west coast). We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel. What you'll do - Own the quote-to-order-form workflow: accurate quotes, correct terms, and a clean path from verbal yes to signed and billed - Build and run the deal approval and discount matrix, so Account Executives know what they can self-serve and what needs sign-off - Be the single point of contact for deal structuring questions that today land on Account Executives mid-deal - Partner with Finance and Legal to keep the order-to-cash process clean, controlled, and free of revenue
