Corporate Tax Manager - US & International Tax A tax professional bringing deep US & international expertise to our Amsterdam-based global direct tax & transfer pricing team. Rather than operating in a North American silo, you will act as an integrated global player, contributing US and international input to our overarching strategy while managing the day-to-day North American direct tax position. Because Adyen operates via a US branch, a core focus of this role involves partnering directly with Head Office to determine Effectively Connected Income (ECI) and apply profit attribution rules for Permanent Establishments of banks, rather than traditional transfer pricing. You will serve as the strategic bridge between the North American business and HQ, implementing scalable frameworks for continued expansion.
