You’ll join a collaborative group within Airbnb’s Chief Business Officer organization focused on expanding our Monthly Stays offering. We recruit and develop Airbnb’s global supply of high-quality stays and execute our in-market strategy to drive international growth. By building strong relationships with hosts and helping them optimize their listings and pricing, our team creates lasting host success and facilitates millions of connections between guests and hosts around the world. The Difference You Will Make: As a Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead, you will work with the Homes Leadership to develop and execute strategies to grow the success of Airbnb globally. You will also align with Homes Leadership, regional teams and cross functional teams to analyze data and deliver strategic recommendations to drive the Homes business globally. Your attention to detail, organization, ability to multitask, work on multiple priorities and work under pressure will all ensure you succeed. You should be great at understanding the needs of the airbnb community and defining levers to help them succeed in the platform. You will develop strong relationships and deliver valuable guidance to help them grow within the Airbnb marketplace.
