This role is the operational heart of that work. You will be responsible for business travel compliance at Anthropic — business visas, posted worker and social security obligations, and documentation that get our people across borders — together with the entity transfers that move employees between our legal entities as the company grows. You will also support the rest of our mobility programs: relocations, international assignments, and short-term placements, along with the project work that comes with them as they grow.
Key responsibilities
Own business travel compliance cases end to end. Business visas, PWD, Social Security registration. You decide what a case needs, work the documentation to ground, and get people where they are going. Novel fact patterns will land on your desk without precedent. You research it, form a view, and check it with your manager before we commit.
Support employees through relocations and assignments. You are the person they come to from the day they accept to the day they arrive. You initiate cases with our providers, keep the move on track, and answer the questions people have when they are moving their life to another country.
Own the experience of every entity transfer. You execute the process end to end, and you hold the experience: the employee always knows where things stand, stakeholders such as Payroll, People Services, and Legal have what they need before they ask, and nothing falls between systems.
