Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, policies, and frameworks. Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical processes, dependencies, and potential vulnerabilities. Design and implement continuity and recovery plans for key business functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Coordinate and lead regular BCP drills, simulations, and scenario-based exercises across departments. Collaborate with IT and Security teams to align disaster recovery (DR) strategies with cybersecurity and infrastructure resilience.
