Role Overview The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) is responsible for establishing and overseeing the risk management framework for the firm's exchange and clearing operations conducted in or from ADGM. The role provides independent oversight of risks impacting market integrity, clearing and settlement activities, liquidity, operational resilience, and the overall stability of the exchange and clearing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the risk management framework in accordance with applicable FSRA Rules, FSMR, and Market Infrastructure Rules (MIR).
