About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Peer-to-Peer (P2P) trading platform across Latin American markets. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding merchants, building local partnerships, and driving volume growth in key LATAM countries.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition & Growth — Identify, recruit, and onboard high-volume P2P merchants across LATAM markets (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, etc.)
Market Expansion — Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing LATAM countries
Relationship Management — Build and maintain long-term relationships with key merchants, payment partners, and local agents
Market Intelligence — Monitor local regulatory environments, competitor acti
