About the Role We’re hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to help shape Chime into a generational brand and cultural icon. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of partnerships across sports, entertainment, and cultural platforms—bringing experiential activations, talent collaborations, and cultural moments to life in ways that drive real business impact. You’ll work alongside a high-performing brand team and seasoned marketers who care deeply about both the work and your growth. If you’re excited about building headline-worthy partnerships that elevate a brand at scale, this role is for you. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $112,000.00 and up to $155,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. In this role, you can expect to Manage key sports and entertainment partnerships, developing seasonal activation plans and leading execution end-to-end Collaborate closely with property partner management teams, talent teams, leagues, agencies, and cross-functional Marketing partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns Implement engagement strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels to maximize audience impact Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that strengthen Chime’s brand awareness, cultural relevance, and brand trust Track and report on partnership performance, gathering data to assess ROI and optimize future activations Maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as day-to-day contact and ensuring seamless communication throughout campaign lifecycles Proactively resolve issues and ensure Chime is viewed as a strategic, high-value partner To thrive in this role, you have 5+ years of experience in account management, brand partnerships, or a similar partner-facing marketing role Experience
