About the role We are hiring for a Finance Associate to support our Finance Business Partnerships team at Chime. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring budgeting and forecasting accuracy while driving forward high-impact strategic and financial initiatives. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and finance team members to provide insights, influence decision-making, and help shape Chime’s financial strategy. On this highly cross-functional team, you will collaborate with partners across the organization to ensure alignment and accountability. You will support the bottoms-up planning and budgeting process, develop financial models to deliver key reporting & insights, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to drive efficiency. We are looking for an analytical problem-solver who can break down complex problems into actionable components without losing sight of the overall strategy. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $101,000.00 and up to $140,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
