About the role We are hiring for a Sr. Director, Strategy and Growth Initiatives to help define and drive the long-term strategy and growth of the company. As our Sr. Director, you’ll identify where the business should go next, shape the long-term vision with senior leadership, and turn that into actionable initiatives that drive durable growth. You’ll work across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other functions to solve the company’s most important and ambiguous problems, and ensure those strategies translate into real outcomes. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $253,000.00 and up to $350,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
