Responsibilities Direct and manage overall office operations and administrative duties to maintain a well organized, efficient, and smooth work environment on a daily basis. Manage and oversee the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, as well as coordinate logistics for company meetings and events. Manage office budget Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related activities and inquiries. Collaborate with the company secretary to ensure the effective management of committees, board meetings, preparation of board packs, and recording of minutes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office and educate employees on emergency procedures.
