We are looking for more than a standard GAAP researcher; we need a Financial Architect who excels as both an analytical investigator and an operational leader in the role of Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting .
Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will manage critical workstreams within our financial reporting function during a period of significant institutional scaling. In this Senior Manager leadership role, you will set operational objectives, oversee key accounting strategies, manage cross-functional projects, and lead teams (including offshore resources) to ensure strict compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and CFTC swap dealer requirements.
You aren’t just maintaining books - you are building and managing a definitive "source of truth" within a complex, high-volume trading and regulated derivatives environment. This role is a 50/50 split between serving as an advanced technical expert and an operational manager, bridging the gap between cutting-edge trading desks and institutional-grade, regulated financial statements.
