Position Summary The Compliance Officer, Caymans will be based in our New York City office and serve as the dedicated compliance manager for FalconX’s Cayman Islands operations. In this role, you will oversee regulatory adherence under the applicable Cayman Islands regulatory framework, including the Proceeds of Crime Act and Cayman Anti-Money Laundering Regulations (AMLRs). You will bridge local entity governance with global compliance operations, managing local regulatory requirements, maintaining local compliance documentation, handling complex escalations, and supporting the new product approvals process for our lending, borrowing, and derivatives products. Key Responsibilities 1. Regulatory Management & Oversight Regulatory Oversight: Act as the internal subject matter expert for all regulatory requirements applicable to FalconX’s Cayman entities, including the the Proceeds of Crime Act and Cayman Anti-Money Laundering Regulations (AMLRs), Anti-Terrorism Act, and Proliferation Finance (Prohibition) Act Filings & Communications: Manage regulatory filings, notifications, and response drafting for regulatory inquiries New Product Evaluation & Compliance Product Management : Act as the subject matter expert for the Compliance team for new product asses
