Here’s the bit about the opportunity:
As a Solution Architect in our AMER Professional Services team, you own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the region’s largest Banks and Financial Institutions. From deal close through to production, you lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure. You also bring that delivery expertise into strategic pre-sales cycles, helping Sales win the deals you will go on to deliver.
You’ll be:
Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions delivered
Defining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation
Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production
Codifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER
Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges
Supporting strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design
Ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
Experience with either blockchain, crypt
