We’re looking for a visionary leader to grow and elevate our product marketing team, translating product excellence into market-winning GTM strategy. Responsibilities Engage directly with customers, partners, and analysts to stay close to market and competitive dynamics. Identify and drive GTM strategies for new market opportunities, emerging use cases, and points of competitive advantage. Partner with product management to shape roadmap strategy and positioning, translating customer and market signals into product decisions. Own launch strategy for new products and partnerships through sales readiness and customer adoption, against revenue and adoption targets. Define and evolve Fireblocks' market positioning and messaging, across every market we strategically compete in and every buyer we sell to. Translate product and market strategy into global GTM enablement across pre and post-sales teams. Set and manage the team's strategy and OKRs, while building a culture of excellence and investing in the team's professional growth.
