What you will do Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including conferences, client events, and internal engagement activities Centralize and standardize event planning processes across the firm, ensuring consistent quality and execution at every touchpoint Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder management, aligning event objectives with business priorities and keeping all parties informed throughout Manage budgets, suppliers, venues, and external agencies, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality Transform the firm's approach to events into a structured and measurable communications channel that supports brand visibility and relationship building Oversee multiple events simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines with confidence and precision Implement best practices and frameworks that elevate the overall standard of event delivery across the organization Apply your creativity to deliver professional and engaging events What you need to succeed University Degree 2+ years proven experience in event management, event marketing, or a related field.
