Flow Traders is looking for a driven Communications Specialist to join our Communications team in our Amsterdam office. In this role, you will support the development of our external communication activities, with a focus on our digital channels, and developing compelling content while ensuring our communications are consistent, on-brand, and strategically aligned across all channels. This includes management of our social media platforms and website and supporting corporate, marketing, and recruitment communications on a global scale. What you will do • Manage external communications channels, including the company website and social media platforms • Develop and execute a content strategy that spans social media, thought leadership, web content, media materials, presentations, and corporate updates • Support the development of external messaging by working closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts across regions • Drive channel management and optimization, tracking performance and continuously improving how we communicate externally • Ensure consistency and quality across all external communications, maintaining a strong and coherent brand voice • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, balancing priorities across a global stakeholder base • Build and maintain strong relationships across functions, regions, and seniority levels, acting as a reliable communications partner to the business • Apply your creativity to deliver engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences What you need to succeed • University degree • 3+ years experience in communications, content, social media, or a related role.
