We are seeking to hire a candidate with strong financial operations and business analysis skills to join our global Clearing team based in Shanghai, China. You will be part of a group that ensures the reliable flow of our trading activity between our various trading venues and clearing firms across the globe and will assist with the development of new business and back-office initiatives. We’ll need you to be highly organized and an effective communicator, with a strong interest in financial markets. You should approach problems analytically and with the curiosity to understand how things work and how they can be improved. You’ll bring solid technical skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and take ownership of your responsibilities in post-trade operations. What You'll Do: Learn and support critical daily Clearing functions, including trade capture, lifecycle management, reconciliation and break resolution across products and venues Perform daily trade, position and cash reconciliations between internal systems and external counterparties (brokers, clearing firms, custodians, and prime brokers) Monitor and resolve trade, position, and settlement breaks in a timely and controlled
