This role blends instructional design, course facilitation, digital learning development, and AI-enabled learning strategy. This role will lead the instructional design & learning strategy to design and deliver engaging learning experiences while building a best-in-class, scalable learning ecosystem. The role will also define the AI learning strategy for the organisation, as well as determine how AI is integrated into learning, both as a tool for development and as a capability employees must learn to use effectively. What you’ll do: Design and build a core learning curriculum that supports foundational skills across the organization. The core curriculum will cover onboarding, professional skills, company-specific knowledge, and role-readiness pathways Develop a structured leadership curriculum for emerging and mid-level leaders covering topics such as coaching, delegation, feedback, decision-making, strategic thinking, and people management Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities (instructor-led, virtual, self-paced e-learning, and blended) using modern instructional design practices Apply evidence-based learning principles (e.g., spaced repetition, scenario-ba
