Jump is hiring a hands-on, player-coach, L&D professional to cover the APAC region; this role will partner with the global L&D team to extend and execute Jump's comprehensive learning and development strategy across all employee levels in APAC. The role will deliver both technical training and leadership development programs while building expert networks, running pilot programs, measuring ROI, and collaborating cross-organizationally to create innovative, high-impact training solutions. What You’ll Do: Be responsible for partnering with the global L&D team to design, drive, and execute Jump’s learning and development strategy and framework - focusing on established employees, new experienced hires, emerging managers, and senior executives. Critically assess and evaluate learning opportunities to meet local business needs, cultural norms, and cross-cultural collaboration. In conjunction with global efforts, build and implement a comprehensive range of technical and leadership development training across APAC.
