This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate actions and dividends professional to join our Financial Operations team in Chicago or New York. You'll join a growing team scaling Jump's Financial Operations function, with a meaningful role in shaping our systems and processes. You'll collaborate broadly across Treasury, Clearing, Finance, Tax, and the trading community — and will be expected to proactively identify tangible opportunities to improve how we operate. This role reports to the Global Head of Financial Operations.
What You’ll Do:
Build out and maintain lifecycle event processing and associated broker reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve breaks identified through daily and monthly reconciliation processes.
Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and partner with technology teams to design and implement solutions.
Contribute to the ongoing development of Jump's back-office infrastructure, identifying value-add opportunities to further leverage existing systems and tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with back-office, technology, and other internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
