We are seeking an experienced Immigration Partner to proactively lead and manage immigration matters across the EMEA region. Reporting into the Global Mobility function, you will act as the subject-matter expert on UK and EMEA visa categories, work permits, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications, and global business travel visas. You will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and the business to deliver a seamless, compliant, and commercially minded immigration service to employees and stakeholders worldwide. What You'll Do: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of EMEA immigration cases (UK, Netherlands, France and Switzerland) Lead and prepare ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) applications, ensuring continuous residence, absence records, and supporting documentation are accurate and submission ready Coordinate global business travel visa requirements for employees travelling globally including assessment of permissible activities, visa-waiver eligibility, and posted-worker notifications Act as the primary point of contact for employees, line managers, and HR Business Partners on all immigration-related queries, providing clear, timely, and pragmatic advice Maintain robust right-to-work and s
