We are seeking a Quantitative Developer to help support one of our global research teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team's researchers to maintain the team's infrastructure as they relate to live trading outcomes. This is a hybrid development and research and trading operations position. You'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability of the team's research pipeline—diagnosing idiosyncratic and fixing observed issues in research and trading systems, making jobs more stable, and stepping in when things go wrong. We are looking for a mature, self-directed engineer who can operate independently and handle high-stakes situations with confidence.
