As part of our Central Ops and Reliability Engineering (CORE) team, you'll play a critical role in managing our real-time production trading environment. We operate a follow-the-sun model globally to monitor, triage, troubleshoot, and deploy changes to our production trading systems. In this role, you'll develop deep technical and operational expertise across all areas of our trading platform. You'll proactively monitor and troubleshoot systems, deploy changes while minimizing operational risk, and implement tools and processes that drive continuous improvement.
