As an Account Manager on Lyft's Healthcare & Community Access team, you're responsible for managing and growing a book of healthcare and transit partnerships. You'll develop trusted relationships with your partners, become a Lyft product expert, and learn to identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities across your accounts. You'll join a talented team focused on one thing: using technology and Lyft's network of drivers to improve transportation for patients, members, and transit riders. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of healthcare and transit partners, including NEMT brokers, transportation management companies, healthcare API partners, and transit agencies Build trusted relationships with key decision makers and operational contacts across your accounts, with a focus on identifying the right stakeholders to drive growth Execute against strategies to achieve quarter-over-quarter growth quotas, applying critical thinking to prioritize accounts and opportunities with the highest return Conduct regular business reviews with partners, presenting performance data, insights, and recommen
