Marqeta is seeking a Demand Generation Manager who will drive the performance of our marketing programs for key sales segments. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, ensuring campaigns, content, and creative assets are not only distributed flawlessly but drive measurable outcomes, owning the end-to-end demand strategy for assigned segments, from planning through execution to pipeline impact.
You will be responsible for improving our core KPIs: target account engagement, intent progression, and pipeline generation. By continuously analyzing results and integrating feedback from sellers, you will guide marketing teams to improve programs, optimize campaigns, and maximize revenue impact. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and obsessive about performance. They thrive on testing, learning, and making data-driven decisions that influence pipeline results.
We work Flexible First . This role can be performed remote within the United States or from our Oakland, CA or New York City offices. We’d love for you to join us!
NOTE: if you are based within 35 miles of our Oakland, California, New York City (Midtown) or London office, you will be expected to be in-office 2 days / week. The Talent team will share more details if selected for the Recruiter Interview.

Drive performance against core demand KPIs: target account engagement, intent progression, and pipeline generation for assigned sales segments

Serve as a key partner between sales and marketing functions, using campaign data and field insights to continuously improve programs
Partner with sales to understand account engagement, follow-up quality, and c
