Get Stuff Done Days (GSDD): Every six weeks, take two days of dedicated innovation time to explore new tech stacks, fix nagging bugs, or prototype outside the roadmap. In This Role, You Will: Write high-quality, performant code (primarily Kotlin) and navigate the codebase fluently. Handle deployment, bug fixing, and incident handling with a high level of independence, taking features from concept to production. Act as a sparring partner for Product Managers during Product Discovery, ensuring technical decisions support the user experience. Question the status quo by asking "why are we building this?" and "is there a simpler way?" Identify knowledge gaps and technical problems, taking active ownership to address them without waiting to be told. Share your learnings from GSDD projects with the wider team, turning individual curiosity into collective knowledge.
