About the opportunity The Officials Contact Center & Digital Mailroom is a team in the Operations department of N26. It distributes inquiries from various stakeholders and channels to the responsible teams, detects synergies and implements improvements in collaboration with the expert teams. We are now looking to hire a Banking Operations Specialist (part-time) - OCC & Digital Mailroom in Paris, that will assist the team in their daily business operations. You will also get great insights in one of Germany's most challenging and thriving fintech's while supporting almost every department in the company. In this role, you will: Process incoming physical mail from Paris branch office location and support with mail distribution across teams of pertinence locally and in other locations in Europe Support the process of sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing deliveries of documents to be digitised by an external partner Process incoming digital inquiries and forward them to their team of pertinence. Assist the team in defining internal responsibilities for certain types of documents and enhancing documentation matrix Partaking in process improvements and assisting in testing if required What you need to be successful: You are confident with your friendly and communicative nature and have a reliable and solution-oriented way of working You demonstrate strong collaborative skills and thrives in team-oriented environments French and English fluency in both verbal and written communication is a must.
