Perform basic data checks to maintain high data accuracy in reporting routines. ⚙️ Operational Support & Process Maintenance Assist in tracking operational workflows and maintaining clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support senior specialists in executing continuous improvement deep-dives and routine process updates. Log operational feedback and track follow-ups across teams. 📈 Workforce & Resource Tracking Help maintain baseline workforce tracking files and schedule logs in collaboration with operational leads.
