Visit our institutional page https://international.nubank.com.br/careers/ About the role As a Senior Resilience Specialist, you will be the senior owner of two of the most critical resilience programs at Nubank, governing and evolving our Business Continuity and Crisis Management frameworks across all geographies. This is a second line of defense role with global scope: you design the methodology, govern its execution, and ensure regional teams and first-line stakeholders deliver against it. In Crisis Management, you coordinate the institutional response when it matters most, working alongside senior leadership in real time under pressure. Nu’s ongoing international expansion multiplies the regulatory and operational demands on both programs. This role is the foundation of our ability to scale resilience globally without losing rigor or regulatory credibility. You'll be responsible for Owning the global BCM framework, methodology, and policy, including BIA, OCP, testing standards, ensuring alignment with international frameworks and local regulatory requirements across all active markets.
