You will be responsible for Regulatory Reporting: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex regulatory reports, independently interpreting regulatory requirements, guiding compliance alignment across teams, and preparing for audit processes with high precision. Data Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that transform raw product data into high-integrity financial datasets, diagnosing complex data anomalies and proposing tailored improvements. Process Automation & AI Implementation: Independently build or guide the team in building AI and low-code/no-code automations. Evaluate AI initiatives based on return, effort, and risk, and make high-stakes decisions on AI appropriateness and safe usage patterns. Product Deep-Dives: Deve
