The Role
Accelerate your career by joining Okta as our AI Operations Lead . In this mission-critical individual contributor role, you will serve as the central source of truth for all AI flows—both internal and product-facing—across the company. You will be the map-maker for our AI ecosystem, ensuring that as we innovate at the speed of SaaS, we maintain a clear, documented, and compliant understanding of what data fuels our AI and how it is used.
This is a high-autonomy role designed for a proactive operator who can navigate complex issues and build cross-functional bridges in a remote-first environment. You will report into the Sr. Director, AI Legal and work closely with Legal, Engineering, Privacy, and Security stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
The Enterprise AI Command Center : Establish and oversee the enterprise-wide AI Asset Library, serving as the definitive, central source of truth for all models, internal workflows, and third-party integrations.
Revenue Acceleration & Path Clearing : Act as a strategic liaison between Legal, Engineering, and Sales to build cross-functional bridges that turn complex hurdles into competitive advantages, directly accelerating our market growth.
Data Provenance & Lineage Architecture : Map and document the entire lifecycle of data, from source origins to final usage, ensuring every AI output is explainable, audit-ready, and legally sound.
