Title: CEO Communications Manager San Francisco (in-office required) The CEO Communications Manager opportunity We’re seeking a high-performing CEO Communications Manager to help amplify the voice and vision of our CEO and drive AI optimization across his communications channels. In this role, you will report to Okta’s Head of CEO Communications and partner closely with the Office of the CEO to support, streamline, and scale the CEO comms platform, spanning internal and external speaking events, media & influencer engagements, and social media. You will also work with the Corporate Communications team and partner with the broader executive bench, cross-functional partners, and our various agencies to develop bylines, blog posts, keynotes, talking points, and thought leadership content. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of content, operations, strategy, and execution—all in support of a visionary founder leading a global tech company through transformation and growth. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly accountable, and capable of grasping both business strategy as well as the underlying technology, particularly in the context of identity security, AI, and enterprise software.
