About The Opportunity Lead the Advanced Trading PM team responsible for our flagship trading products (Spot, Margin, Futures, Perpetuals, Options) across onshore compliant markets. Own day-to-day team coordination, project delivery, and product strategy — driving the platform to stay competitive against leading CEXs while meeting the operational and regulatory bar of major licensed jurisdictions. What You’ll Be Doing Team Leadership & Project Management Lead and develop a team of advanced trading PMs; set priorities, allocate ownership across product lines, and run review/delivery cadences. Own end-to-end project management: roadmap planning, cross-functional sequencing, milestone tracking, risk escalation, and post-launch review. Product Strategy & Competitive Positioning Set the product strategy for advanced trading across Web and App; translate market intelligence into a prioritized roadmap.
