About the role OKX runs a large peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto marketplace: an escrow-protected orderbook where users buy and sell crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers, with support for a wide range of local payment methods. The professional liquidity providers who post offers are what keep the marketplace deep and reliable. You will lead a team that owns the relationship with these key liquidity providers in variousmarkets: supporting partners' operational needs, maintaining marketplace depth and reliability, and improving partner experience. This is a builder's seat: high ownership, frontline, and fast-moving. What you'll do Own the P2P liquidity provider programme: monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention Lead and grow a team of account managers, setting direction and raising the operating bar. Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention\ Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions.
