What You’ll Be Doing Support the month-end close process, including bank reconciliations, revenue recognition, cost allocations, accruals, and intercompany transactions, in accordance with group reporting requirements. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support regulatory filings, management reporting, and external audits. Enhance internal control frameworks to strengthen financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting. Develop effective and automated processes for financial reporting and analytics. Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial priorities with broader business objectives and support informed decision-making. Facilitate navigation of the regulatory landscape by proactively monitoring and responding to changes in reporting standards and tax mandates across multiple jurisdictions in the Americas. What We Look For In You Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of relevant experience in the financial services, fintech, or crypto industries Deep understanding of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) Experience with
