About the Team The Global Legal team provides legal advice and guidance to OKX and its affiliated entities across all coverage areas and geographic locations, and supports business growth by working with all teams within the company to help them achieve their goals. What You’ll Be Doing Criminal referrals, law enforcement and prosecution support: Own OKX’s framework for identifying conduct that warrants criminal referral and work directly with relevant authorities to follow-through on charging and prosecution. Working closely with teams in Risk and Compliance, build and package referral files to an acceptable prosecutorial standard. Drive referred matters through to charge and prosecution. Serve as the senior legal relationship owner for police and prosecutors and develop and maintain relationships throughout the region.
