We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S. About the role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of products within the Ondo platform — spanning tokenized equities, fixed income, and investment strategies. You will own product lines end to end: setting direction, translating market and customer needs into clear product proposals, and driving execution across Engineering, Design, BD, Strategy, and Operations. This role sits at the intersection of capital markets and blockchain infrastructure — you will need to understand both the financial products you are building and the technical systems that power them. The ideal candidate brings genuine care for the product, deep familiarity with capital markets structure and participants, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
