We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S. About the role We’re looking for an experienced technical recruiting leader to build and scale our engineering organization during one of the most exciting periods of growth in crypto. You’ll partner closely with engineering leadership to define hiring strategy, attract exceptional technical talent, and continuously raise the hiring bar across the company. This role is highly strategic while remaining hands-on, owning searches for some of our most critical engineering hires.
