We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S. About the role We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to build and scale relationships with affiliates, creators, traders, and key opinion leaders across the global crypto ecosystem, supporting the growth of Ondo’s products and mindshare. You will own the strategy and day-to-day operation of our affiliate and KOL programs—from identifying and recruiting high-potential partners to negotiating terms, launching campaigns, managing relationships, and measuring performance. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with commercial judgment, crypto-native market knowledge, and a rigorous approach to performance. Working closely with Growth, Content, Product, Business Development, Legal, and regional teams, you will build a scalable partner network that drives measurable awareness, acquisition, trading activity, and retention.
