What you’ll do Support Equities Technology leadership in day-to-day organizational operations, including financial management, headcount tracking, operating priorities, and coordination across Technology teams. Manage or assist with budget tracking and analysis, including headcount, vendor spend, and key initiatives, in partnership with Finance and HR. Develop a strong understanding of Equities Technology processes, systems, and dependencies, to support planning, identify risks, and flag potential issues. Document and improve operating processes, procedures, and system dependencies, and identify and implement best practices. Support preparation for leadership meetings, town halls, and stakeholder updates, ensuring communication is clear, accurate, and well-organized. Partner with Technology and delivery teams to help drive organizational initiatives, set priorities, track progress, and support successful execution.
