What you’ll do Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy and planning through execution and measurable delivery Develop clear workplans, milestones, success criteria, governance routines, and decision frameworks to provide structure to ambiguous or loosely defined initiatives Partner closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and business stakeholders to define priorities, surface trade-offs, and drive decisions Own program execution across multiple workstreams, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, communications, and stakeholder expectations Prepare crisp, executive-ready materials that clearly communicate status, risks, decisions needed, and recommend paths forward Drive accountability across teams, ensuring commitments are clear, progress is measurable, and blockers are escalated with urgency and judgment Lead infrastructure and platform-related initiatives, which may include server lifecycle, cloud migr
