What you’ll do
Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and controls that support growth, increase accuracy, and reduce operational risk
Prepare and review interim and year-end financial statements for funds in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Partner with internal teams including Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations to deliver timely and integrated reporting
Liaise with external fund administrators and auditors to manage audits, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables
Drive automation and process improvements to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and scale reporting capabilities
Support new fund launches and restructurings by executing accounting deliverables, fee calculations, and documentation
Prepare regulatory and investor-facing reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting timelines
Own and complete ad-hoc projects and strategic requests from senior management, working independently and collaboratively with the team
What’s required
Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting
2-3 years of work experience at a public accounting firm or a combination of public and private accounting roles
Experience in audit or accounting within the financial services sector
Strong data analysis skills with experience working with large datasets and reconciling complex accounting information
Excellent organizational skills with a track record of delivering accurate work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities
