WHAT YOU'LL DO Build and scale the firm's user access certification program across applications and systems, driving measurable improvement in access governance and reduction of access-related risk Lead and coordinate periodic access certification campaigns, including scoping reviewers, scheduling reviews, and ensuring timely completion and remediation Design and implement processes to detect and resolve inappropriate access, segregation of duties conflicts, and orphaned accounts Partner with business owners, security teams, and IT application teams to translate control requirements into practical review steps and remediation plans Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and executive reports that track certification progress, remediation effectiveness, and risk trends Automate and streamline certification workflows by identifying opportunities for tooling, reporting, and process improvement and then implementing those changes Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence, responding to inquiries, and executing audit remediation activities Analyze entitlement data and perform data validation to ensure accuracy of access inventories and reviewer actions Produce and maintain clear process documentation, deliver training for reviewers, and provide day-to-day support to stakeholders during certification campaigns WHAT'S REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, o
