WHAT YOU'LL DO Own day-to-day operational responsibility for the stability, performance, and scalability of our enterprise block, file, and object storage platforms, shaping how storage supports business-critical workloads Build scalable automation and tooling using scripting and configuration management to eliminate manual tasks, accelerate provisioning, and standardize configuration at scale Drive proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance analysis to surface trends, remediate risks, and optimize cost and utilization Install, configure, upgrade, and optimize storage systems and firmware to meet evolving workload requirements and lead hardware refresh and upgrade projects Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement durable corrective actions to minimize downtime Collaborate with global support teams to ensure seamless 24x7 coverage, effective handoffs, and ongoing skill development across the support or
