WHAT YOU'LL DO Build high-impact, real-time treasury and financing systems used across global trading time zones, delivering tools that materially change how desks operate Design and implement scalable C#/.NET services and APIs that process trades, financing, and liquidity data with low latency and high reliability Partner with traders, funding managers, and operations to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into production software Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps practices within the team, including source control, continuous integration, and automated deployment workflows Develop responsive front-end components using React or another modern front-end framework to create intuitive internal user experiences Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and test-driven development workflows Operate and support production systems: diagnose and resolve elevated software incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement proactive remediation measures Identify, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and architecture patterns to improve performance, reliability, and developer productivity Collaborate and mentor as part of a distributed development team across the USA, Poland, and India to scale the platform and grow team capabilities WHAT'S REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical or scientific field 8 to 12 years of
