A Career with Point72's Regulatory Reporting Team
The Regulatory Reporting team provides governance across all regulatory filings and related obligations globally. The team is responsible for report preparation, generating and coordinating responses for large cross-departmental filings, oversight of technology supporting regulatory filings, identification and implementation of automation opportunities, and administering data standards. Regulators include but are not limited to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), National Futures Association (NFA), Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), and Kanto Finance Bureau (KFB).
What you'll do
Design and build automated regulatory reporting solutions and dashboards that materially reduce manual effort and increase reporting reliability
Lead cross-functional filings from planning through submission, owning timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Manage complex regulatory responses and perform detailed analysis and documentation
Review upcoming regulations and collaborate across functions to develop and implement scalable processes and practical solutions
Prepare and review filing responses for multiple regulators and ensure submissions meet regulatory standards
Collaborate with our Compliance, Tax, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to align requirements, resolve issues, and deliver complete filings
Partner with data owners and technologists to validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure end-to-end data completeness for reporting
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process and control enhancements, implementing automation, and measuring operational performance
Develop and translate technical specifications with technologists, leveraging SQL, Python, and data visualization tools to operationalize reporting workflows
