This role will partner with our Sr. Director to drive sales rigor, operational excellence, and sales strategy for the overall LCS business. Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales, sales finance, business operations, product adoption and other cross-functional stakeholders on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue Program manage critical initiatives that shape the LCS business Devise and recommend go-to-market strategies in close partnership with senior sales and cross-functional leaders Track data and maintain our reporting processes, spanning key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting Build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, and technology Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and long term resource needs Oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes for LCS as a whole Required Qualifications: Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline is required.
