For more information, visit www.redditinc.com . About the Role Reddit is looking for an Enterprise Architect to own the systems and data architecture underpinning our Finance organization. This is a rare blend of strategic leadership and hands-on technical execution. You'll set the architectural vision for Finance's technology stack, manage a small high-impact team, and roll up your sleeves to deliver systems engineering work yourself. You'll sit at the intersection of Finance, Corporate Engineering, and Data, serving as the primary technical partner to Finance. What You'll Do Architecture & Strategy Own the end-to-end technical architecture for Finance systems — ERP, close management, planning & consolidation, data pipelines, and adjacent tooling Develop and maintain a Finance systems roadmap aligned to scale Reddit's growth, M&A activity, and evolving reporting requirements Evaluate build vs. buy decisions, and serve as the technical voice in Finance technology investments Establish and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, and data governance practices across the Finance tech stack Partner with Corporate Engineering, Data Engineering, and Security to ensure Finance systems are scalable, compliant, and well-integrated Hands-On Systems Engineering Own delivery of systems engineering work personally Configure, integrate, and maintain Finance pl
